Cadets,

The NCAC is YOUR voice in the cadet program.  The function of this survey is to allow cadets to give the Council and National Cadet Programs feedback about the effectiveness of the cadet program.  What works?  What areas need work?  What ideas do you have?

 

We want this to truly represent the cadet population, so tell the other cadets in your unit and wing.  Let them have a voice too.

 

By nature, this is an anonymous survey so we do not request any personally identifying information.  However, we will ask for some useful demographic information to determine the effectiveness of the cadet program.  This demographic information is the only personal data linked to your responses.

 

Answer the questions on a scale from 1 to 10.  One is poor.  Ten is excellent.
